Inauguration of training on tailoring

The above event was held at Iranaimadu, A-9 Road, Kilinochchi on 25th of August, 2007. Tech implements this training program me with aid of Japan Tech.

The Zonal coordinator for Kilinochchi Tech Mr. M.Yogarasa presided at this event. Miss Sasikala, the teacher of this training center gave a speech. Most of the female youths in Vanni are unemployed due to the war. Further they have lost their higher education too as they had been displacing and removing from time to time. It is anticipated that if they would receive these types of trainings they could earn something for their living at least.

About 25 beneficiaries were selected for the 1st batch of this training. It was assured that those who get merit will be given jobs in our garment production centers in future.
