Opening event of Training on repair and maintenance of water repair

Above event conducted by Tech with the assistance of NECCDEP and the facilitation of Planning Secretariat, Kachcheri, was held on December 10 th  2008 at  about 9.30 am  at the preschool of Punnaineeravi, Nathan Scheme under the chair of Mr. M.Suntharamoorthy, the director of Tech.

The Government Agent of Kilinochchi, Mr.N. Vethanayagam, the planning director of NECCDEP, Mr.A.Ketheeswaran, an officer, Ms Vasuki from  Planning Secretariat, Kachcheri, the cocrdinator of Tech for NECCDEP Mr.M.Yogarasa, the trainer, Mr.K.Navaratnam, social mobilizes and trainees were present at that occasion where members of  Nathan scheme WRDS had too attended.

Mr. Nathan an eldest person in that village lit the traditional flame. The Government Agent, Ms.Swenthi the president of WRDS and the planning director of NECCDEP lighted the traditional lamps.

The Government Agent said that the trainees must make use of that best oporturmity to help those selves and the society as the cost of single unit of new pump goes up higher and higher every year. While speaking the planning director of NECCDEP advised the trainees not to miss the class during training hours.

Mr. M Yogarasa gave vote of thanks to the gathering as the event ended by 11.30 a.m.
