English diplomas issuing Ceremony in Mannar

On 24 th April 2006, seven students successfully completed their courses in Mannar district, Anadalkulum. This is a very deprived district, whereby receiving a computer education is extremely difficult. TECH is focused and keen to develop the English literacy of the people in this area, and is taking the initiative to give special English classes to the people of Mannar.
